If you received an error message at the bottom of your screen when trying to finalize your purchase, it is usually due to a hold placed on your credit or debit card.
First, call your bank or credit card company to make sure there are no holds on the account. Sometimes holds are in place for ticketing and you might not even know. Once the hold is removed, try purchasing tickets again.
