If you saw a confirmation come up on your screen with an order number, the order went through properly. Within a few minutes, a confirmation email will also be sent to the email address used to purchase the tickets. If you did not receive an email, please make sure your email is updated by logging into your account and managing the contact settings. (This happens when frequently when logging in by Facebook - who remembers that email address anymore?!)
If you did not see a confirmation number of any kind, then the order did not go through and you were not charged.
